The PFL on Friday heads overseas with quarterfinal action in the welterweight and bantamweight divisions. However, a non-tournament affair draws top billing, as 2024 PFL MENA welterweight champion Omar El Dafrawy does battle with Daniele Miceli in the three-round headliner at 170 pounds. Meanwhile, a welterweight quarterfinal pitting Mohammad Alaqraa against Omar Hussein serves as the co-main event.

El Dafrawy, 30, enters the cage in career-best form, having rattled off seven straight wins. The Soma Fight Club product last competed in November, when he took out the aforementioned Alaqraa with punches in the second round of their 2024 PFL MENA welterweight final. El Dafrawy boasts 10 finishes on his resume, six of the first-round variety. On the other side of the ledger, Miceli has won two of his past three bouts. However, he finds himself on the rebound following a rear-naked choke submission loss to Florim Zendeli in the first round of their 2024 PFL Europe welterweight final on Dec. 14. Miceli, 37, has nailed down more than half (seven) of his 13 pro victories by submission.
